Today’s destination was Nagannu Island. We encountered lots of tropical fish during our tour, and here’s the countdown of my top three favorites:
3️⃣ Fiveband Surgeonfish (Acanthurus triostegus) – Always traveling in large schools, these graceful swimmers never fail to impress.
2️⃣ Scissortail Sergeant / Striptailed Damselfish (Abudefduf sexfasciatus) – Bold and curious, these little guys were trying to grab some breakfast straight from the humans!
1️⃣ Threadfin Butterflyfish (Chaetodon auriga) – The ultimate scene-stealer! These two kept following the camera — you’ll spot them photobombing nearly every shot.
It was fun to keep trying again and again… 🌊💙
