Hi everyone! Doa here 👋😁

We started off the day with two beautiful sea turtles. Our snorkeling and diving teams were lucky enough to spend some time with both a Hawksbill sea turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) and a Green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas)—each with its distinct personality and charm.

A little gluttonous and energetic Hawksbill… 🐢

And chilling-all-day Green sea turtle… 🐢

As we continued exploring, the current picked up slightly, and that’s when we spotted them: schools of Gnathodentex. Watching them swim against the current, moving by the push and pull of the ocean, was like watching an underwater dance.

Then, we stumbled upon some of the reef’s most beloved residents: the Anemonefish.
The Yellow clownfish (Amphiprion sandaracinos), with its sleek orange-yellow body and a single white stripe running along its back, darted confidently among the tentacles of its anemone host.

Then, the bold and fiery Tomato clownfish (Amphiprion frenatus)— with its reputation for a bit of territorial attitude and a lot of flair. And not gonna lie…my personal favorite!

Finally, the classic Ocellaris clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris)—the unmistakable “Nemo” of the Japanese seas. Always a crowd favorite!

I’ll end today’s monologue with our snorkeling team’s lovely pose. 😇

Thank you for reading. See you in the next monologue. 🤗
