Today I’ll be talking about one of the best days of my snorkelling guide days!🤿

One of our guests wanted to see a sea turtle! 🐢
And even though it was quite high tide, we saw one! It was relatively deep, though… I did my best to take everyone’s picture with the turtle! 📷
Another guest wanted to see “something with tentacles“! 😂
So we were looking for an octopus, or a squid, or a cuttlefish, all around the shallows! Then our snorkel guide Kazu-san found one! An octopus hiding right under a rock! Can you see it? 🐙
And then, we saw a sea snake! Okinawa’s famous poisonous Banded sea snake! 🐍
Since we were all satisfied with the creatures we saw, we slowly made our way back to the boat… 🛥️ Then suddenly, our captain Jun-san showed us a big school of squids (around 50 individuals) right next to the boat! 🦑
Crazy lucky day for us! We get to see all the creatures we want to! And this is the victory pose of our snorkeling team! 🎊🥳🎊
