Hi everyone! Doa here. 👋😁
Today was one of those unforgettable days both in and out of the water—full of surprises, beauty, and a bit of mystery. ✨✨
🐙 An Unexpected Encounter: Octopus vs. Sea Krait 🐍
Our adventure started with a truly remarkable sight: a Common octopus interacting with a Banded sea krait. Watching these two animals together left our entire team speechless. The octopus wrapped one arm around the snake, while the snake continued to glide forward calmly, as if unfazed by its new companion.

We couldn’t agree on what the octopus was up to—
Was it curiosity? 🤔
A territorial check?
Or maybe… evaluating a potential snack? 🍽️🐍
Whatever the motivation, it was an extraordinary moment to witness in the wild.
🦑 Reef Squids & A Graceful Sea Turtle 🐢

As if that wasn’t enough excitement, we later crossed paths with a small group of reef squids, their bodies shimmering under the sunlight, and then a beautiful sea turtle gliding by with that effortless grace only turtles have, surfacing and breathing gracefully. 🐢💙

🏝️ South of Kuro Island: Nature’s Artwork
We ended our journey at my favorite spot—Kuro Island. At the south side of the island, the scenery was breathtaking! The dramatic erosion —rock formations carved over time by wind and waves made us pause and appreciate just how long nature has been sculpting this place. ⛰️🌬️🌊
It’s amazing to think about the countless years it took for these forces to shape such massive rocks.

♻️ A Small Win for the Ocean
While exploring, we found some trash resting at the bottom of the sea. And we managed to collect everything we could. To enjoy such a beautiful environment while helping protect it is the best feeling ever! 🌍💚 Thank you to today’s snorkeling team for being aware of conservation 🌍💚

Thank you for reading! See you in another monologue! 🤗
